How to Increase Your Productivity
1. TIME BLOCK
Plan out your whole week and block sections of time for each task. Schedule all of your tasks in 1-2 hr time blocks, and focus solely on that task before moving on to the next one.
Pro Tip: Use the Pomodoro Method. Put on a timer for 25 min to work on one task, and take a 5 minute break before moving on to the next.
2. PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY!
Put your phone on airplane mode or don't keep in near you to avoid distractions, and only check your phone during scheduled breaks.
If you REALLY want to take your productivity up a notch, take off ALL of the notifications of your phone. Trust me, this is a game changer.
3. BATCH CONTENT
Choose a day to create and schedule all of your content for the week. Block out a few hours to solely focus on creating content for your social media and blog posts. This will save you sooo much time.
4. BRAIN DUMP / TO DO LIST
Every morning do a brain dump and write every single thing on your mind and to-do list.
Organize and prioritize them. This will clear your mind and provide you with clarity on what's really important.
5. TAKE BREAKS
Take breaks throughout the day day to recharge, refocus, and recenter. Whether it's taking a few deep breaths, going outside, going for a walk, exercising or some type of movement or breath work, make sure you're slowing down and tuning in with yourself.
If you want to be REALLY productive, make sure you're taking care of yourself first.
Sleep well, eat nourishing foods, meditate, hydrate, go out in nature, move your body. Self-care and self-love is a must. Take care of your physical body so it can truly perform.
