REAL TALK. It’s time we have a real conversation here on websites.

Do you really need a one?

Let me start out by saying that you don’t *need* anything. You don’t “need” a website. I know plenty of coaches who have hit 6 figures in their business without one.

Here’s the catch though… while you don’t “need” a website to hit $10k+ months, it will certainly help you get there and it make a whole lot easier, IF you have a proper website that’s strategic, intentionally designed + conveys your unique message.

Although I could go on and on about this, for the sake of this post, here are two of the biggest reasons why having a website can be really f*cking powerful.

1. YOU CAN TURN YOUR TRAFFIC INTO SUBSCRIBERS.

I want you to really be honest with yourself here. What would happen to your business if Instagram decides to delete your account?

If your only source of clients is social media, then it would probably be scary AF.

Here's where having a website can be so powerful. It allows you to capture traffic from multiple sources, keep them there, and add them to your email list through your opt-in or funnel, which is HUGE when you want to scale your business.

Because here's the thing...

You own your list. You have direct access to those emails. And you know that whenever you send out an email those people will receive in it their inbox, whether they open it or not that's a different story.

On the other hand, on Instagram only about 10% of your followers actually see your posts. That means if you have 1,000 followers, approximately 100 people will see them and that's if you have a very high engagement. Average engagement is from 3-6%. Ouch right?

The tip here is to create a website that you can redirect your audience to from IG, FB, etc where they can learn more about working with you and subscribe to your list.

2. IT HELPS YOU MAKE SALES.

A website allows someone to go through an experience.

It gives someone the opportunity to tune into your energy, learn more about you, your offers, how you can help them, AND how they can work with you.

ALL IN ONE PLACE, without needing to click through a bunch of Instagram posts to see what you’re all about and how you can help them.

Your website is your #1 sales agent, so treat it as such and make sure it's strategically designed to convert a new lead into a client.

In essence, having a website not only provides clarity for your audience, it also helps you grow, automate + scale your business.
